226 miles, over 4,000 meters of climb, three routes, 18 hours! The Snowdonia Etape Xtrem will push all your limits. This will be the longest, toughest one day cycle sportive in the UK and possibly the World!
With mobile support teams for your mechanical and food necessities, the route will take in all three of the Etape routes – the Canol and Mawr, followed by the Bach - taking in the atmospheric festival on the iconic Maes after every route.
Xtrem riders will get their hands on an exclusive Etape Xtrem t-shirt plus a bespoke goody bag.
Participants will have between the hours of 04.00 and 22.00 to complete the Etape Xtrem (18hours).
Cut off times will be applicable for the event, which are set using an estimated speed of 13mph. Anyone finishing the Mawr route after 18.00 will be unable to continue onto the Bach route.
- Long sleeved, wind proof clothing must be carried
- Reflective clothing must be worn
- All bikes must have effective front and rear lights attached with sufficient battery power for the event
- Cut off times will be at the event organisers discretion
